  1. Delivery

  The delivery time depends on the location of the customer, i.e. the distance that your item must travel. We will keep you informed of the delivery steps by email.

  Please note that each order has a unique shipping process. Due to logistical and efficiency reasons, multiple orders may results in multiple shipment costs.

  2. International Delivery

  The customer is responsible for paying Customs & Duties, VAT and any other taxes as applicable in the destination country. The importation of products made from exotic products (crocodile, python) may be restricted or prohibited in some countries.

  3. Payment Methods

  Prime Luxury Outfit allows you to pay securely on our payment platform. We offer several ways to pay as shown in the table above. Payment through PayPal is also available. Please note that some payment methods may be unavailable for specific reason.

  It is possible that, when you pay by credit card, we ask you for some additional documents to verify your identity, in order to confirm your purchase. This allows us to guarantee our users optimal security for their transactions.

  4. Customs Duties and Taxes

  The country of origin of the item you are purchasing will appear in its description. Please note that almost all countries apply customs duties on the import of goods. The payment of customs duties are the responsibility of the customer who is liable to provide any additional documents requested by the Customs Officials.

  The customer should inquire with the local authorities in his country to find out the applicable rates. The payment of customs fees is the responsibility of the customer who will be contacted by the courier company once the item reaches the destination country.

  5. What about the Return Policy?

  Prime Luxury Outfit does everything possible to satisfy its customer.

  The return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving your item.

  All items sold by Prime Luxury Outfit has an identification tag with a disposable seal. When you receive your order, please do not remove the tag and seal, otherwise we will be unable to accept a return.

  Some of the items we offer are not eligible for return and cancellation. A small annotation will appear in the item description.

  6. Refunds and exchange

  All refunds are made within 7 to 14 working days, after the item is returned to us and passed the quality control.

  The refund is made in the same way as the original payment method and cannot be substituted by another method.

  All international transactions are converted to USD, so the refund will be the same amount as the one originally received. Any differences due to exchange rates are the responsibility of the buyer.

  The refund covers only the value of the item, and in no case the shipping costs, vouchers or any other applicable taxes.

  You have the possibility of exchanging your article for another article of our catalog of the same or lesser value, in the case where it would be more expensive the difference must be paid before sending the new article. If the value of the new article is less, the difference will be refunded or given to you in the form of vouchers valid for one year.

  In case of an unsuccessful delivery, all Customs duties & taxes paid by Prime Luxury Outfit will be deducted from the buyer’s refund.
